BSkyB prosecutions
Landlords will be only too well aware of the fact that there are many prosecutions being brought by or on behalf of BSkyB in relation to premier league football matches that are being screened using contracts other than with BSkyB. We act for such landlords who have been prosecuted or who are subject to civil suits in relation to injunctions etc. We deal with insurance companies and interested bodies such as ESTA in relation to such matters, deal with the advocacy in the Magistrates Court and instruct experts where necessary.
